Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all! Many of our members start after long breaks from exercise or after years of feeling unsure of where to begin.
We meet you where you are and progress at the pace that’s right for you.
What exactly is small-group personal training?
It’s personal training in a small group of up to six people.
You receive personalized coaching, guidance and adjustments – just in a supportive group environment.
What if I have injuries, pain or limitations?
That’s very common and we account for it.
Every exercise can be modified to match your body, your experience level, and any limitations you might have.
Will I feel lost during the session?
No. Every session is fully guided by a coach. You will always know: what exercise you’re doing, how to do it correctly, how much weight to use and what comes next. Your only job is to show up – we take care of the rest.
What kind of people train here?
Most of our members are professionals, parents, and busy adults who want to get stronger, lose weight, get healthier and more energetic.
How do I get started?
